GRAND LUXE SERVICE FEE: start at $3,500. This is a one time fee and includes the following:

1. CONSULTATION

  • The initial personal consultation at the Grand Luxe Office is complimentary.

2. ENGLISH SPEAKING GRAND LUXE DELEGATE

  • This person is your contact whille abroad. They will assist with all wedding detail. They are at your service abroad

3. DOCUMENTATION

  • Grand Luxe advises the Bride/Groom of formalities and legal procedures necessary for the civil or religious ceremony.
  • The English speaking Grand Luxe delegate meets and assists bride and groom with documentation procedures in the country of choice.

4. WEDDING CEREMONY APPOINTMENT

  • Grand Luxe arranges the town hall or church appointment at the location chosen by the bride groom.
  • We suggest the wedding location be decided at least 90 days in advance, to insure the desired date and time.

5. WEDDING RECEPTION

  • Reception site to be decided by bride/groom with the assistance and suggestions of Grand Luxe staff.

6. ARRANGEMENTS OF WEDDING DETAILS

  • Flowers for bridal party and Ceremony/Reception location
  • Photography, video
  • Wedding dinner and cake
  • Music for Ceremony and Reception
  • Transportation to/from ceremony (limo, horse & carriage, gondola, etc.)
  • Church/Town Hall fees

7. TRAVEL AND HONEYMOON

  • All travel arrangements, including: accommodations at specially selected hotels with V.I.P. service, sightseeing tours, car rentals, rail tickets and airfare.
